In very warm weather conditions it was Swallows who took the lead after a defensive error. "Before we conceded this goal we could already have scored three to four times but that's not important. It was good to see that we played good passing and combination football. Our boys did quite well in playing the 4-4-2 system," the SKW coaches Fritz von Krosigk and Rolf Beiter stated after the match.

In a league match yesterday CYMOT SKW u/13 could win against the Pioneerspark outfit Ramblers by four goals to zero.
In a high class football match both team showed very good football skills. Combinations between three to four players could be seen. Mike Wamunyima opened the score with a superb loop after he received a pass of SKW captain Riz Zimmermann. The second goal came after a opening pass from Yannick Pape, when Carsten Horn could place the ball into the right hand comer. It was youngster Gian von Dewitz who had his first 20minutes of first team soccer when he scored after a fine solo over the right. Horn did put the game beyond reach we he struck a 30m piler into the roof of goalie Mirko Wolff. The win took SKW 6 points clear of strongest contender NYFDP B.

SKW-U13-Team gewinnt Street-House-Liga
Die U13-Fußball-Mannschaft des Sportklubs Windhoek (SKW) hat in der vergangenen Woche die Meisterschaft der Street-House-Mini-Liga gewonnen. Das Team unter der Federführung von Coach Rolf Beiter konnte am Donnerstag den Erzrivalen Ramblers mit 3:0 schlagen. Die Tore für die Nachwuchsmannschaft erzielten Carsten Horn, Marcell Riedel und Daniel Hasspflug. „Wir haben heute nicht so gut gespielt wie bei unseren vergangenen Partien. Aber wir haben gewonnen und sind nun Meister – das zählt“, frohlockte Trainer Beiter nach der Partie.
